Mission

Student Horizons Year 10 Experiential Careers Program exists to bridge the gap between school and further study or work, connecting 15 and 16 year old students with employers across a raft of industries. Students work in small teams on real-world problems in a real-world context, developing and enhancing employability skills and attributes, tailored to align with jobs of the future. A unique immersive format of online modules, fieldwork, team project work, reflection and report writing fosters a raft of learning and application experiences, helping to break down barriers, broaden horizons and raise aspirations.
